Fees & Refunds

• Payment: Fees are non-negotiable and must be paid via approved methods (e.g., UPI, net banking).
• Refunds: Governed by partner university policies. No refunds after seat confirmation.

Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All website content (logos, course materials) is owned by GITS/GIHE.
• Restrictions: Unauthorized replication or distribution of content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

GITS is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties (e.g., universities, verification agencies).
• Technical errors beyond our control (e.g., server downtime).
• Academic decisions by partner universities.

Termination

GITS reserves the right to terminate access if users:

• Violate admission norms (e.g., submitting fake documents).
• Engage in disruptive behavior (e.g., spam, phishing).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Noida courts.
